There is no way that Google Earth took their picture at the moment that you were posing on that road. :eyes: (I hope).

    Jack's Pass February 18th (Sunday)

The correct road this time. :yelclap: I'm still curious to see which road Matt lead us down last time. (as classically detailed in his article for JeepFreak : http://www.jpfreek.com/Images/magazine/issue_6.pdf ) I think it may have been NF-6550 which would have gotten us there..... It...

    Official Welcome for TracePac

Thank you Matt. As was pointed out to me after your article came out it is much more impressive to be in a "bone stock" ZJ keeping up with you guys than in a lightly modifed one.... :sunshine: Keep the articles coming and I fully approve of "creative license".

    Official Welcome for TracePac

I bought Rick's ( Forum name RRT ) '92 XJ. Red Laredo. He was on the last Jack's Pass run and the Walker Valley "Mudfest" last month. http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/car/275505877.html So far the only modification I have made is to remove about 100lbs of mud from the fender wells...

    Official Welcome for TracePac

Thank you for the welcome and of course the "nagging" (IXNAXJ) that lead to this. Membership is in the March budget so I have the rest of this month to enjoy lurker status :anon: . I am looking good for the snow run this weekend. I went over the equipment list last night and while I...

    OR Guys, diesel XJ?

" Needs a new timing chain"..... That looks like a belt drive system to me. Some vehicles are rare because no one wants them.

    Congratulations Matt !!!

"Bone stock Grand Cherokee"? Ouch. :nono: It's an Upcountry with two inch lift and 32" tires.... And I know Matt was admiring that purple seat cover on the driver''s side. Great article Matt :worship: .

I-5 between Tacoma and PDX...snow issues?

I would like to point out that the recent point guy on a snow run shouldn't be worried about paved road conditons..... :sunshine: So what were you going to drive to PDX? Also as to the diesel posts take a look at this site: http://www.destroked.com/ Chrysler is winning over the Ford...

December 30th Snow Run to Jack's Pass

I know who you are but I'm not going to ruin it for these guys. One thing: If you bring a camera try not to take any pictures of Matt.... He'd be the one standing / driving / posing in front of your camera everytime you have it out. Oh and I will be sending pics of your "situations"...

    Jacks Pass March 11th

For the record - In Ian's defense. His strap was out because he gave me a tug at the loop area where we ate lunch before our jaunt to the turn around point. I never saw him get stuck and he executed the turn around perfectly. Thank you for allowing the heavy ZJ to join in the fun. Today...
