Just out of curiosity: Would a Libby 8.25 axle fit under an XJ. There are some obvious advantages like disc brakes, same bolt pattern, 4.10 gears (in the 2.4) and the 8.25 is a fairly solid axle. Obviously spring perches would need to be reworked but this can't be a biggie (?) Just wondering...
