Thanks guys...it's a teraflex medium monster joint for sure. I found it after searching for a while. It's usually used on control arms/ long arms. I was going to get the rebuild kit but my joint looks like an older version so I just ordered new joints.
I'm having some death wobble issues with the jeep. I just replaced ball joints and checked the tie rods. I noticed a little play in the track bar joints.
So I tore it all apart, and I cannot find the joints at all...
They look similar to a teraflex track bar joint I seen but the joints I...
So I've been out of the loop on jeep's over the past few years but lately I've been reading up a lot on WJ steering.
Right now I have a one ton setup OTK inverted T...pretty sure it has one Chevy TRE's. Everyone knows the con's with this setup...wondering, dead spot between 10 and 2. Track...
I've had C4x4 and Rigidco...I like them both, I liked the way the rigidco looked better. I will say that I have hit a few deer with the new bumper and I'm glad it has a brush guard because I think I would have been doing some body work otherwise. They both bolt up very similar.
Heres my C4x4...
x2...on that, you shouldn't listen to everything you hear on these forums 100%. If everyone did, we would all have Rubicon express lifts with 33's and a pre 2000 model cherokee with nothing less than full widths since anything less will break first day out.
I just found one thats a little better for an extra $10 it will do cars newer than 2004 also.

Basically I'm looking to get the cheapest code reader I can find that will tell me codes and clear them. I'm not using this for a business, so I don't need something from snap on or mac.

Fuse 10 was missing...I replaced it and all of my problems were fixed. My AC and reverse lights work again and my engine light has not come back on.
I wired up some fog lights to a factory fog light switch a while ago...I thought I blew a fuse, and I pulled a few out and put them back in to...
For anyone that has this problem...I was checking some fuses about a month ago and must have put one in the wrong slot.
Fuse 10 didn't have a fuse in it at all...I just tossed the spare in there off of the little door and the reverse lights came on. I'm hoping this fixes all of my codes so I...
2000 XJ AW4 4x4 4.0
I had some codes on my jeep
P1491
P0130
P0136
P0705
I also noticed no reverse lights, so I pulled the NSS off and cleaned out the yellow grease. I sanded down the contacts lightly and put it all back together with dielectric grease.
Now the jeep starts in neutral and Park...
Ok, I've had a check engine light on for about a month now in my 2000 XJ with AW4 and 4.0. I was having a problem with Vapor Lock and I ordered the factory fix, which helped because it hasn't done that since the installation of the boots on all 6 injectors. Well, I've been driving it and the...
I have a 2000 XJ with a 4.0L and the AW4. My AC worked amazing last year, but the other day I went to turn it on for the first time and it wasn't blowing warm air at all. I turned the AC on and checked out the clutch for the compressor and I noticed its not spinning.
I reas somewhere about...
I'm having the same problem with my 2000 XJ. My AC worked great last year but the first time i went to use it this year it didnt work, my clutch is not engaging. I'm going to try to find a clutch for it...anyone get their problems solved?
Basically I need a fog light that will sit right above the mount itself. I don't want something cheap...I have cheapo wal-mart baja fog lights from another jeep that sit in front of the mount and they sit out from the bumper by like 4 inches.
I want something thats going to be somewhat...
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who would benefit from something like this. I'm thinking about tossing a YJ performance box in there but I'm sure it will just be a matter of time before the bearings wear out.
These box's are just not ment to be turning 36"+ tires in the woods, streets, or...
Ok, I have a 2000 XJ running a 4 bolt YJ box with plates on both sides of the frame rails and a custom 4x4 front winch bumper. I'm also running 1 ton OTK steering and a straight track bar that is flipped to the top side of the axle.
My YJ box is less than a year old and is already clunking and...
