2000 XJ i've been trying to diagnose a hard start problem...replaced IAC, TPS, cleaned T-body, CPS is good, swapped in some cleaned/rebuilt neon injectors...finally realized i'm not getting pressure on start up which leads me to believe its a bad check valve common in these newer XJs. i know...

not throwing any codes.. just threw a set of cleaned/rebuilt neon injectors hoping that would solve the problem...nope. oh well, at least i have some better injectors on there now...i will check the pressure at the fuel rail and see what thats reading...would this cause a low idle as well?

anyone have a diagram for the wiring?

2000 xj does anyone know exactly what wire controls the rear left window? my driver side speaker was shorting out, so i pulled all the wires to fix it...i got that fixed and put everything back together and now the rear left window is not working - from the master switch or from that...

just snagged a set of used neon injectors...i've found plenty of write ups for just the swap itself, but none for cleaning and rebuilding the "new" injectors. anyone happen to have a write up for this part of the swap?? thanks for the help

soo its not the tps either...i'm running out of ideas here. any other suggestions as to what it could be?

replaced the cps last year...so that shouldn't be it. i'll try the tps next

its been a while, but i'm still having this problem...except now it happens every time i try and start...cleaned my IAC and it didnt work..took the throttle body off and cleaned that as well...bought a new IAC and that didn't work..cleaned my battery terminals and posts...didn't work...grounds...

does anyone know the part # for the oil filter adapter kit to fit a 2000 xj? i found some info for earlier years, but i'm not sure if they are interchangeable. it should be the kit with the 3 o-rings. is there anywhere to get this other than the dealership? thanks for the help

there is no relay for the blinker/hazard is there? just the flasher that i already replaced...i think. haha

turn signals won't work at all...hazards work sometimes...today when i turn the hazards on i'll hear the clicking, but the lights dont flash...and sometimes when i turn the hazards on nothing will happen, but if i put my turn signal on the hazards will start clicking, but still won't be flashing.

after some more searching...it looks like it's most likely the turn signal switch...considering i already replaced the flasher and its still being dumb... sound about right?
