When installing a lock right into a Vaccum Disco D30 theres a C-Clip on the passenger side axle shaft but its impossible to put that clip back on once the carrier and locker are in. Ive read there are no ill-effects with out the clip in. Someone else must have had this problem.

I have the RE6030 3.5" superflex with full leafs and i just meaured today and the fronts sittin at 3.75 but the rear is at 2.5" Ive never heard of RE springs bagging so easily anyone else have the same problem. I just got this lift installed last summer in july. Any ideas?

Ive got a 88 Dana 35 non c-clip. Im probably welding the diff and i know im going to probably break axle shafts...If i break a Non-c.clip axle will I be able to drive still? How hard is it to switch shafts in the bush with the non-Cclip axle shafts?

I just put in some axles from a 4cly and i redrilled the trac bar mount and i just noticed it looks like my axle is hangin out the passenger side more then the drivers by about 1"...Did i drill the hole to far inwards from the stock one or what?

When you guys are mounting your sliders what bolts are you using? Self tapping ones or are you drilling holes straight through the unibody and using a massive bolt? I swapped some 4cly diffs onto my XJ with 4.10s but my braking sucks now. I have all new pads wheel cylinders, rotors, drums ect.. Do i need a diffrent master cylinder or something if i go from a 9" drum to a 10" drum
