I have a 91 with the R134 AC that does not work well in the heat. It works ok when the weather is cool outside.
It only blows cold when the blower is on lower settings
Works better when its cool outside
I have washed out the radiator and condenser and there seems to be plenty of air flow...
I noticed I have small cracks in my exhaust manifold and as I look for something new I am thinking about headers vs the exhaust manifold... what are your thoughts? I am undecided about which to go with.. will it make a difference for my 91 Daily Driver?

Anyone know a good place to get a console lid latch for a decent price? They go so fast at the local Pik a Parts and they are like 50$ used ebay..
Or anyone have a mod that works like replacing the console lid or something?
I have a 91 XJ and i just installed a new Delphi fuel pump, now I am getting a humming/vibration noise from the pump. The odd thing is that if I disconnect the vacuum line to the Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) the noise stops. I am not sure if the issue is the fuel pump or the possibly the fuel...
