I ran some seafoam and other injector cleaners through my 91 4.0 and they melted my CAT.. I assume that the CAT was already toast and the injector cleaner made it worse by pushing a ton of heat that way. Once I replaced the CAT everything improved.. sound, heat, mileage, power..

Thanks for all of the input so far. I have added the Red Angel but I have been using the gauge that comes with freon refils.. I probably should get an actual manifold gauge. I actually had a shop look at the AC but they could not figure out that there was a service valve that had to opened...

I have a 91 with the R134 AC that does not work well in the heat. It works ok when the weather is cool outside. It only blows cold when the blower is on lower settings Works better when its cool outside I have washed out the radiator and condenser and there seems to be plenty of air flow...

Blue3fan, I just ordered a ballast to replace the one I have.. and man that would be great if it corrects the issue. I have another new fuel pump just in case but I will try the ballast first since its a quick install. Thanks

I noticed I have small cracks in my exhaust manifold and as I look for something new I am thinking about headers vs the exhaust manifold... what are your thoughts? I am undecided about which to go with.. will it make a difference for my 91 Daily Driver? Would it help ease oil blowback? 91...

I did and I made sure it was seated properly, I dropped the fuel tank to ensure it was put back together solid. I bought a new fuel filter today and I will see if that has anything to do with it.
