The T-case is a NP231 right? If so got a guesstimate on how much shipped to 47203? I might have some ZJ parts you are interested in...Track bars and brackets... I probably have some other suspension components lying around.
I've got that axle in the ZJ, no problems with it, it's about the right width, it is LP though, that's about the only downside...and make sure the one you get is NON disco.
I greased up the bushing sleeve and made a jig for my 16 ton hydraulic jack tube bender (the cheap kind you see in harbor freight) and that step was no longer an issue....with enough force that step shouldn't really be a problem.
I just went to a local machine shop with a set of calipers and asked the guy if I could look around for some steel that was the size I want, and after about 5 minutes of looking I found a 3 foot section that fit perfectly. Maybe I just got really lucky but you might try it.
Not trying to be a jackass, but all the information you could ever want can be found by searching...
That said....Backspace = distance from wheel mounting surface on wheel to the back side of the wheel, aka less backspacing means tires stick out more.
A locker is either manual or automatic...
