i have a 90 xj 4.0 and everything was running fine until i went and got an emissions test and failed pretty bad so i immediatly went and chaged the spark plugs wires, fuel filter air filter oil, and oil filter and then i took off the air hose to the filter and removed and cleaned the carberator...

and i posted this yesterday and didnt think i did it right but i just found it and 2 people said it was the flasher, but what/ where is the flasher

I have a 90 xj and my turn signals work. But most of the time when i turn them on they will stick and not blink, and some times they will work fine, then sometimes they will start to work after about 10 seconds of not blinking. any help would be great, thanks
