Stiffener with Front & Rear control arm brackets

Along ways back while researching front and rear 4-links, I ran across a post on NAXJA that shared a product from a small company (I believe), that makes/made a front and rear 4-link bracket. It was essentially a U-channel stiffener that wrapped the frame and was welded on, and had the front...

SFR 3 and 4 link long arm kits now available.

Do you have the install instructions available? I currently have a different set of LA brackets and want to see the install process for these to see the difference.

    NP241 or NP231 OR ???

If you want the 4:1, you need a 241OR RockTrac from a TJ/LJ Rubicon. http://www.novak-adapt.com/knowledge/transfer-cases/np241or

    XJsportG's "How'd I get here" build

You going to pre-heat the housing before welding the tubes? If I didn't already have the seals in, I'd be more tempted to do it. I'm guessing with the TnT for the 78-79 60s there is more tube on the driver side to weld to compared to other later 60s where you HAVE to weld to the housing. Also...

    XJsportG's "How'd I get here" build

I feel like everyone has a pros and cons list for welding the center or not lol. If I were to worry about one, I'd think the 14b would spin a tube first. When I welded the TnT truss on the 60, their instructions stated to not weld it to the center section. Although I did have to partially tie...

    XJsportG's "How'd I get here" build

Now onto to December! I realized if I was going to working on these heavy paper-weights, I needed an easier way to move them around. Harbor Freight had a nice deal going on, so I picked this up to help me pick things up! Loaded the Dana 60 up, and dragged it down to TrailTec 4x4 for it to be...

    XJsportG's "How'd I get here" build

THIS ISN'T DEAD!:wave: A Lot of progress has been made, and I am super behind in posting some things up. Jumping back to November, I tackled the following: Remove old King Pins Drill front axle for the Zip Locker air lines Set the truss up for the front axle Cleaned up the 14 bolt...

Now how the hell did I bend that?

Neither did I, was very pleased when I found it. Definitely like the clean look of it, and gaining 1" of ground clearance. Also a nice building block to add a transmission skid for those of us with the auto.

Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Also, yesterday I got the PSC steering box installed with the pump and pulley too. Lines are installed too. Waiting for the PS cooler and cylinder to arrive. I have been taking pictures along the way of my axle builds, but just haven't updated my build thread yet. That will come soon.
