With the compressor unplugged it still blows the fuse.

It's a 1989 (Renix). The heat works on all speeds, but blows on any A/C setting. Voltage is 14V before I turn the A/C on. It does not blow the fuse when on A/C with the engine off (but key in run position). I'll try unplugging the A/C compressor.

I went out to test the A/C system today, and whenever I turn it on it runs for about 5-10 seconds but the voltage gauge drops to 12V, then the Blower fuse blows. Anybody have any idea what could cause this?

That looks like the best option for fully separated hinges, but mine is still mostly attached with no rust. I'm just wondering if the Mopar kit will work with 92 and older models.

Has anybody installed the door hinge repair kit on a model older than 1993? The TSB says it's only for 1993-1997 Cherokees. I have a 1989 Comanche and the top hinge on the driver's side is pulling away from the body. I'm wondering if the dealer won't install it because it's not in the listed...

Push in, turn about a 1/4 turn and pull out. It just has a little latch on the rod the locks into place.

The IAC and Throttle body were cleaned, and the IAC passageway looks to be clear. So I want to back out the Torx screw on the throttle body? How do I adjust the throttle stop? All that is visible are a few threads with some loc-tight on them.
