93.5" belt did the trick after trying 6 different ones.

I replaced my power steering system with a PSC unit, including the 4-1/2" diameter billet pulley. I searched all over for various belt sizes and thought I had a close length, but it's too short. The stock pulley is 5-1/4" in diameter, so I subtracted the difference and came up with 3-3/8"...

I had no problems with AJ, but I can say JCR Offroad was alot more responsive, timely and made just as good products (if not better).

Trying to hunt down creaks and groans from my front end and wondering if you're supposed to run swaybar bushings with JKS Quicker Discos where they bolt to the swaybar? Metal to metal could be making it noisy. Next I'm thinking motor mounts, steering box plate...

What's your opinion XJLI, on staying at 5 on 5.5 hubs (I have Warns), but worried about the built D30. What's the cheapest way to step up to a D44 while keeping on 5.5? I sure would like bigger front brakes as the D30's a weak on 35's.
