I have a 2001 Limited that I just got a couple months age. I have noticed that when I have the AC or heater on that the genine gets loaded and the rpm drop about 100rpm's or so. For about 1-2 seconds, the revs go back up, then drop back down for about6-7 seconds before starting the cycle over...
I just got a 2000 XJ Limited and I noticed that the interior lights seam real dim. It doesn't matter if the XJ is running or off. I was just wondering if it is normal.
Even the vanity mirror lights are dim? :confused:

Here's another question then. What size tires would you run on the 16" rims with the 3.5 RE lift with full spring pack.
I wanted 31X10.5x16, but searching on the net, I can't find any for the 16" rims. I guess I can go with a 265 70 16 or a 275 70 16
A calculator I found said that the 265...
OK, I just got my XJ. It's a 2000 Limited, 4 door, 4.0. Isn't there a sticker on there some where that tells me what kind of axels I have and what kind of transfer case I have, etc.
I am looking at an RE lift and I need this info for ordering.

As was thinking that, but this will be my DD. I need it to take me home to Buffalo, from Asheville, NC now and then. I don't plan on doing serious wheeling, but I would like it to be capable of moderate trails. Any suggestions would be appreciated though.
