That is what the sticker on the compressor said. That is just the low side didn't look at the high side. I can evacuate it again. Do i put vacuum to both the high and low side? How do I know if there is too much oil and how much do you drain from where?

It is about 80 degrees here and I am at 40psi while idleing. Pressure drops when I rev it up at all.

It is about 85F here right now. I had it to vacuum the whole time I put the dash back together. I can just about guarantee that took more than 30 minutes.

Air worked fine prior to the clutch bearings going out. Although there aren't many parts left from before the bearings exploded.

replaced compressor, acummulator and fixed orifice tube. Now evaporator is leaking (My fault). SO i have the dash torn down and am waiting for parts. All in all it hasn't been that bad.

OK So i need a new compressor. If I am going to tear everything apart then I think I need a new thermistor. The evaporator will freeze up if I run the air on high for too long. Any one know where it is for sure? IT is a 97 Sport. Mike

clutch bearings are very bad. mealted clutch insulation. icky. Came apart pretty easily. Used snap ring pliers and regular puller.
