Sure, I think Olympic makes a bull bar/ push bumper type add-on. I have one on my jeep and its served me well.
However, its still mounted to your jeep via those thin stock bumper brackets. Don't try pulling someone out using your stock front bumper, trust me the brackets will rip right...
I had a hood pad on both my 89 limited and 96 sport. I removed both of them after they got ripped. If yours is in good condition you could just cut out the section for the vents or remove it all together...pretty much just a personal preference.
