FIXED...FIXED....FIXED Thanks to the help of cklaus, we figured out this issue. Fuse #22 smack up against the big fuses in the Power Distribution Center....was blown. Damm if this did not fix my ASD problem and Alt problem. I could have sworn I checked this when I first had the problem...

Hey guys..sorry its been a bit. Yesterday the voltage thing was acting up a good bit. I drove into a Advanced Auto and he tested the Alt...and he said it was fine. I took it to my buddies garage and he put it on a computer and when we turned the AC on, Light, wipers etec....the voltage gauge...

Is the voltage regulator in the alternator? I keep having my voltage gauge drop to nothing and then come back up to 14...does it about once a week...but when it drops, nothing seems affected. thanks for all help

Checked the relays, swapped them all out...even got another computer exaclt same model...and tried it. I re grounded everything and still persists. the asd relay pulses, the fan clutch, and elec fan....it is driving me nuts. I grounded the asd relay to bypass it all, but it still needs fixed...

Its been a few months...anyone hear of this?

the only fix I coudl do was to ground the ASD relay out so it is faked out that the PCM is sending the proper "GO" ground. Anyone have any updates

Cut a bigger piece of sheet metal...and use Liquid Nail Poly glue...it will be like a rock when dried. You may want to put a few self tapper screws in it to keep it tight while drying. We have repaired vehicles and used this glue to glue the entire roof on. but it can only be the Polyurethane...

I agree...put in park...get under and try to rotate the drive shaft...you will see play in your joints if they are really bad. Steve
