so.... i have found the problem with the 4lo not engaging.... turns out i put my crossmember on backwards during the sye... so i am going to fix that in the next few days and see if that doesn't do the trick. rookie move right?!

3.5" for sure. it should come with a tcase drop kit which should be all ya need for now. i would recommend some jks swaybar discos, but you dont really need them. you will want to relocate your brake lines which is real easy. other than that some bigger tires and you should be all set :)

Yes, that is exactly what happened. However, i have managed to come up with an easy fix, at least temporarily. I simply put a large washer between the head of the bolt and the bearing/rack itself. The bearing and rack basically just rest on top the washer... seems to be good for now, will...

i would say something to do with the cps, or crank positioning sensor. it is mounted on the top left of the bell housing.

Anyone know where i can get some new ones? i installed an old stock swing away tire carrier from a 89 on my 2000, and it fell off when i opened it today because the bushings are shot. It is the one that bolts to the bumper and the rear quarter panel. Any tips?
