Yupp that's how the 96 is (wide lever old bezel) all that I've come across have a small cut of the front side of the bezel.

So I have a buddy with a first gen explorer [2nd gen 8.8 installed) he is running the carbon clutches. I also run an 8.8 with factory lsd. I combined his old clutches with mine. Made it as tight as possible... this was probably 3 years ago and our lsd's perform identical... both run 35s too...

Evan is right. That's a nice brace. If you don't want to spend as much time with the install Barnes has one without the sector shaft support for pretty cheap

No joke those rubi 44s are lined with gold local to me... the jk rubi stuff is currently lined with diamond though hahaha

You can remove each driveshaft individually and run it down the road to isolate which shaft is causing the problem.
Do you have any kind of tcase drop?
What was said above about rear pinion angle is accurate but probably not your main issue
Weird question but how much caster are you...
The primeweld 180 has had my eye for a bit ... fairly cheap, but I keep eyeballing the hobart 240 as well since that should be a 40 year+ solution
