Any one have experience with the Hennaman Fiberglass fenders? I know fiberglass doesn't really belong off road but they are cheap enough I could replace when needed.

Probably both. I like keeping it looking good, but ain't skeered to wheel the piss out of it. Its a cycle.

Removed a couple leafs from the rear this weekend. It flexes much better... But doesn't handle donuts the same anymore.

Ill definitely plan on putting it though its paces and posting my experience. The initial quality looks real good though. I took it apart to clock the clutch engagement handle.

The 8000lb Mile Marker has held up well for the last 8 years, but its beat. So I found this 12000lb on Ebay for $350 shipped directly from Rough Country. I would never brag about having Rough Country on my Jeep, but the warranty is legit and the price was right. Plus its behind the bumper so no...

Test run went well. Except to stiff in the rear. I can take a leaf out now that I don't have to worry about axle wrap.

Finishing up this years version of my rear suspension... Traction/anitwrap bar. Slight wheel hop. And constantly worried about smashing my rear driveshaft in ledge. SO to kill 2 bird here, I made the lower tube out of 2" .250" wall Dom and made it an inch lower than the driveshaft. Front...

I finally got around to installing my new shackles and pivots I made with an old set of Ballistic Joints. I am surprised the old Ebay chevy drop shackles held up for as long as they did. Even replaced the rear bushing with poly, I left the front bushings rubber so hopefully the front will...

Finally got 35 spline Alloys... I think I will have my local machinist EDM the old 30 spline RPM flanges out to 35, Instead of buying new ones. Anyone tried that before?

Back at it. Just Called Rusty at Rustys Off Road and got a pair of R311-R coming for the rear. The old Skyjunkers are beat, dented and leaking from years of abuse. I will mount these on top the axle and into the bed to prevent damage. Along with some brackets and tabs from Barnes 4wd, to...
