I just got my Jeep serviced and I thought my 2 problems would be solved...but their not. I drive a '99 Classic stock with 144355kms and a NP231.
Today I got my front right U-Joint replaced, transmission fluid changed and my gaskets and seals replaced...etc.
So my outstanding problems...
How much lift do you have on your '01? I just posted a thread last week and a lot of the people responding to me where telling me that the D35 should work with 30" or 31" with about 2"-3.5" of lift...depending on what I do off road.
I'm assuming that you are afraid of the "weak" rear axle...
I haven't had to use my 4hi yet... so to check this out should I go to a unpaved (gravel) parking lot and test this out there.
Also, why can you not use this on pavement?
