i wouldnt think it would be worth it to lift and change tires unless your going for 31s, so about 3 to 3.5" of lift. theres not much adjusting of anything and makes your rig really capable!

i would really suggest trimming up to fit some larger tires, but stick with your stock flares. they are actually pretty decent in the respect of being beaten on.

ive seen/ heard of people pulling sheetmetal off when they get hit hard. and the newer ones are more brittle, so they will shatter instead of rip out sheetmetal. for me its the look, how wide they are. so then you put wider tires on and smaller BS wheels. which then defeats the purpose of them...

i wouldnt suggest 10.5" tyres with the BW... looks really funny (then again wouldnt suggest the BW at all...)

The gas tank on my XJ is the same way, it says 20 gallon tank (even on the sticker) but ive never put more then 18 gallons in it! Even when Ive been driving on the red E for 30+ miles!

no kidding, those guys dont have a clue what they are talking about! my friend just totaled his XJ and the guy that hit him was only going 15 mph! (totaled as in itd cost 7k to repair and thats all it was worth!)
