What about some washers on the bolts once I get the broken threads out?

Well I got a chance to look at the broken motor mount that we encountered over the Holiday weekend at URE... Not a broken motor mount at all, but all 3 bolts are sheared off in the block on the passenger side.. Anyone ever encountered this PIA?

How much is too much

the seals that you have linked are very similar to the ones that were sent to me...the top axle will not fit in the small 34mm hole that the seal has in the housing. I had to remove the snap ring and pry out the rubber seal to re-install my 27 spline axles..and Rugged Ridge / Alloy USA customer...

yes the aftermarket outer axle tube seal was an afterthought to protect the Spartan that I installed...my thought process was that if I can keep mud and water out well then it would last much longer. but alas, I have been sent the wrong size seals...and the vendor is showing me that customer...

Can someone please identify the top axle.. I bought outer axle seals for my dana 30 and they don't fit the top axle. Ridged Ridge/Allow USA is failling to be of any help thanks in advance

Hiya gang ! put my spartan in the D30...love it ! - but...now I have an inner axle seal seal leak.. any advice for installing a new one...or both. Like a socket with a threaded rod ...or something like that???? I dont mind the wrenching its the cold floor that sucks Thanks in advance

planning on installing a Spartan in the Dana 30...how do I tell if its a high pinion...and where do I count the splines, on the end of the axle or on the yoke? Thanks - ken "way to blessed to be stressed"
