A little backstory, I had pulled the jeep out to clean the garage the other day, meant to put it back in but never got to it, hood is off and it rained last night.
Went out to go start it this morning and the battery is dead. Dead dead. So I think well that's wierd and hook up the...
Luckily, after 20 minutes at the NAPA bolt bins I found the 2. Correct size and all.
Got the new housing and t-stat in. Started the jeep to check for leaks and all that good stuff and... Temp gauge no worky. So ran down to Vatozone got a cheapy and all is well. Runs at a constant 210*...
Yeah I am. Like I said was planning on replacing them anyway but wanted the bolt for reference. About to head down to NAPA to get the therm housing now and some replacement bolts.
Wife went out and looked for 15 seconds and found it. :banghead:
I'd love to be able to just run down to the jy lol. I live out in the country. It's a 100 mile round trip to get down to the u-pull, if I'm gonna go I'm gonna make it worth the trip in my gas guzzler. (F-250 V-8).
Thanks anyway!
New issue. Feel like an idiot.

I'm going to do the Thermostat and housing tomorrow and the lower bolt seems exceedingly difficult to get to with the belt tensioned, I looked but couldn't seem to find the tensioner can anyone point me to it?
Thanks for helping a dummy.
Ok today I got my control arms set to the correct length. They were off by 2" when I did them the first time I must have read incorrectly and set them 2" too long and that was causing my squirrely steering. Ordered some brown dog motor mounts too. Sorry no pics today...
Yeah I had put an adjustable t-bar on which detroyed itself (ball joint went) so I put the stocker back on and did adjustable control arms too. Like I said I think I have the ca's set wrong.
I worded the question wrong obviously. I know I need the trackbar on in order to drive around, I took the trackbar off to do some work, replaced it and the alignment is all jacked. However in writing this I think I answered my own question. I think I have my control arms set wrong thereby...
