Nobody on this thread has mentioned venting the hood. I wonder why. Didn't get there yet, or don't think it's necessary if things are working properly?
Here's one: http://www.jgsales.com/advanced_search_result.php?osCsid=a836eaebdf212cfdbb76872d232a8600&keywords=3913+mag&search_in_description=1&osCsid=a836eaebdf212cfdbb76872d232a8600
I've got a better source, but can't remember the name - it's at work.
Never mind. It starts. Now won't idle.
Chased wires from under back seat to harness under dash (I think stuff behind spare was other stuff, but some does go overhead and forward, some comes from forward.) Decided I wanted to do more research before digging too much under dash.

8Mud,
Sounds like you have slayed the gremlin I'm chasing, or at least his cousin. I've got a 96 that started with intermittent fuel gauge dropping out. I ignored that at the time and just used the trip odometer. I offer that for background.
Now I'm having trouble with the fuel pump fuse (30A...
Limiting vertical travel by extending the bumpstop might help with some of the problem but not all. It does not rub when evenly compressing both sides, but when one side dives more than the other. I'm not going to lower the bumpstops because I want the travel.
Backspacing is definitely a...
No sweat. Reading my post again, I'll offer one clarification. On the street going straight ahead it does not rub at all unless you disconnect the swaybar and really rock the body. Hard turns rub on the street. Flex, especially with turns, rubs the fenders.
Had the same kit done on my 96 about 6 weeks ago.
Took the shop 8 hours.
I looked through the kit before I took it in (the shop I used did not carry RE) and the instructions looked pretty good.
Mine did have the typical stuck nut in the 'frame' problem. The cure for that is probably the...
Does anybody have the next step in the procedure? My M8000 died, Warn sent me the above procedure, it passed. Now it's the weekend, and I'm dead in the water until Monday unless I can figure out how to check the solenoids.
Last night my 96 XJ (4.0) quit while driving down the road. It was runnning fine, and just quit out of the blue. No recent swimming expeditions. It has not been worked on for a few weeks, and even then was just a lift and tires. It did lose the fuel gauge (reads empty with low fuel light even...
