That's exactly what I did, except I got a catco cat instead of the magnaflow. I'm now very curious as to what the sizes are...is the exhaust on a 95 XJ 2.25" all the way through or are there some parts that are 2.5"? Anyone know?

I have this exact issue. Just installed their kit and one relay was dead out of the box. Has anyone sourced a 40 amp version of this? I will not be running stock bulbs so I don't think the 30A is going to be enough.

Don't bother, Rusty's arms are JUNK. ESPECIALLY the adj. ones.

Every XJ I have ver had (10+ of them) had made similar noises when getting on or off the gas at speed. These things have very sloppy drivetrains, even if all u joints are good.

Absolutely, and it's the only way I would do it unless I HAD to take the whole spring off for some reason....

Installed YJ yoke. No difference. Pulled out the 3/4" lift shackle and the 4* shim. Left the 3/4" T Case drop in. Smooth as silk now. Sits at 3" rear (measured 20"), 3.5" front (measured 21"), and I'm happy.

7/16" is the most commonly used size when these strip out...FYI.

How do you do this? I looked at it but am having trouble figuring it out....
