I've had death wobble starting at 35mph for over a year. So voilent that if you don't stop immediatly you will wreck. Replaced all kind of stuff and still there. Just curious, where on the axles did you do your measurements to get the axles parallel? Just tube to tube?
Its time to smog my 1990 Renix again. Last time I barely passed the NO emissions so I might fail this time. Any tips on reducing NO?
Last time results:
15mph, 1720rpm, NO=1005ppm (Fail limit is 1015) Almost failed !!
25mph, 1698rpm, NO=310ppm (Fail limit is 875)
Thanks,

My set-up has the clutch fan eliminated also.
From Shock up:
Shock - metal washer - rubber - (fender well) - rubber - metal washer - nut.
The metal washers are the same diameter as the rubber bushings
I emailed Rustysoffroad this afternoon and he emailed me back already!! Told me to call tomorrow and talk to Rusty to get thing sorted out. Good holiday service.
I broke off the adjustable threaded bushing on my Rusty's HD trac bar. Is this a common problem with this Rusty's Trac Bar? Im trying to decide if I should get another Rustys since the I aleady have the mount or get something else.

Even if it burns clean you might not pass the visual part of the inspection. I have to smog my '90 in the next couple weeks. It passed fine last time but since then I have put on a K&N filter with Rustys intake and rigged the EGR valve. To pass visual I will have to put back on the stock...
