    Hi everyone, I have a 99' XJ and I am trying to get my fog lights to work. When I bought the car, the fog lights didnt work so this is an old issue. I replaced the lights due to a new bumper. It turns out, I only get .5V to the connectors. the relays are fine. Any ideas?
