Ha! Gotcha somewhat beat cruiser. Ordered a full 1awg kit from Kelly last week. And yes c101 is the next tweak to this jeep. My last renix got the c101 done first. As always thank you for your renix advice.

for anyone that had a similar issue it ended up being the fuel pump. Also as stated above the small hose from the pump and mounting assembly was cracked and broken as well. fixed the hose but the pump was still bad.

Bought this jeep in twentynine palms CA. I ran out of time before the move to drop the tank and look at the fuel pump/sender. I will have to trailer it and get back to it. I will post back up when i get back to it and hopefully get it fixed.

so i finally was able to track down a fuel pressure tester with the appropriate schrader valve depressor in the connector (3 different stores). Got it home and its showing 2psi at idle.... Im not even sure how it can idle with such low pressure. I also noticed that when i disconnect the map...

got a fuel pressure test set from one of the local box stores and of course it did not have the correct fitting for the fuel rail. called to all the other ones in town and they are all checked out. re checked all of the vac lines (i just replaced all of them as well) no leaks or in wrong plugs...

im pretty sure that my new 88 has a clogged sock on the fuel pump. I bought it not running condition (it sat for close to 4 years). After a new battery, tune up, and changing all the fluids it fired right up and ran pretty decent. as soon as I filled it up with fuel (it was on 1/8th of a tank)...
