I see. lol Take the 87 north from Phoenix, around 10 miles past the town of Strawberry you will take a right onto "Rim Road" go for 5-6 miles and you will come up to the edge of the rim, there is great camping and is always empty. This is the best spot to go if you want to see the rim but not...

I was lame and did not take too many pics of the trail as I let the cam. This trip was mostly for camping with fam, we had a blast and I snapped a couple shots when my son and I wheeled around the camp site a bit.
