So my 21st B-day is one month from today...

On your 21st birthday it is tradition to take a Three Wise Men. Ask any bartender. Thats a shot combination of Jim, Jack, and Johnny. No excuses.

    XJ Video's

Even Kazaa Light is evil. From a guy who has repartitioned his hard drive twice. Nothing is free. Except a tag team from three different worms.

Spending quality DIY time with the Jeep...

I would have to agree that those outlets are as smooth as a lubed up belly dancer going down a slip 'n slide. Bitchin.

    consistency.....never!

For anyone who is interested, I found the cotter pins at Home Depot. I also bought a caliper, and my sway bar is closest to 23 mm. 93 two door, manual, 4wd.

    consistency.....never!

Thats awesome, I'll check Home Depot. Thanks. Anyone know anything about their swaybar diameter?

    consistency.....never!

I must drive the Jeep harshly because I've totally fawked my sway bar assembly: Bent the crap out of the JKS cotter pin, had to wrestle it out. Do I have to go to JKS direct to get another one? I seem to remember reading that I do. Lost the upper button head bolt that connects the JKS...

Yet another Borla header question (I did search first)

I contacted Gale Banks Engineering and asked about the elusive downpipe- whether there was one for the XJ, or if he thought I could make the TJ one fit. Here is the response I got: "Thank you for your recent inquiry about Banks product for your 1993 Jeep. A power system for applications such...

    Can't turn jeep off.

Apparently, what happened to mine, is that the solenoid somehow managed to stick in the crank position. What this meant was even when the Jeep was idling, you could still here the starter cranking. The solenoid is the "switch" for this operation. By the solenoid being stuck, the electric...

    Can't turn jeep off.

Happened to me when I first bought my Jeep. I'd try to turn it off, but it would still try and crank. It was the solenoid, stuck to crank mode. Fried my starter too.

    3.07 gears and 31's

I've had it for way too long, since I keep procrastinating about putting in the 4.56. Say goodbye to 5th. Don't be afraid of the gas for getting off the line. If you are smart about it, and try to drive about 2450 rpms and don't shy away when you are on the expressway going 3000, you can...

Subwoofer addition to overpacked XJ (update) and new Q's

Hopefully I can help you out a bit: A sealed enclosure, better known as an accoustic suspension, is ideal for your uses. Out of all the enclosures, it requires the least amount of enclosed volume to operate how you want it to. You can design the enclosure with 10% less interior volume if you...

    Help me brainstorm

Ask Andy, that state is freakin chock-full o' rock. Don't you think the shipping would be a bit high anyway.....my business is in rope. :dunno: I'm definately going to visit him soon to go climbing, maybe wheeling if the Jeep is working properly. Oh, and thanks guys, I'll have to check out...
