Well since that picture I have done a few things. I have put on a new set of rims (New to me) and some spacers for the rims. They are stock 18s from a 07 Wrangler. I already had the tires so it was cheaper to get the rims. I have trimmed the front fenders and relocated the stock fender flares up...

I have been wondering if that is where it was connected to. I noticed a nipple with no hose and it was in the same general area. Thanks for the insight!!
