    TB? Throttle Body? The Vacuum line from the MAP sensor goes to the Manifold, right next to the vacuum line that goes to the valve cover. is this wrong?!?

    misc empty connector

    It sounds alot like the connector to the electric fan. it should run up underneath where you add antifreeze into the radiator. the fan connector usually sits right there inbetween the fan and that cap right there.
