putting 44s and gears in the front and rear and cant decide on lsd rear and locked front or both front and rear locked ect. was thinking Detroit auto lockers for both but idk. it is a dd right now. any suggestions or comments from the experience would be great. thanks guys
converting to a 44 complete front I am told that most likely im going to have to shorten the front drive shaft... Is this done by chop sawing the spline an inch or so? has anybody done this?

my 2001 when in idle starts making a ticking sound. so when i poped the hood, its coming from the top of the crank assemble on the passenger lower side of the block. has anybody ever experienced this? is the sensor going bad?
