I just finished swapping WJ knuckles on my XJ with Akebonos and stock WJ TREs. My 15" Jeep grizzly wheels will not clear the caliper. Stock 15" steelies will also not clear. Zero offset 15" steel wheels did just barely fit.

Started it up after sitting all night and let it idle until it got to about 210 degrees then the electric fan came on. With ir temp gun I get a max of about 214 degrees (thermostat housing). With the CTS unplugged the fan came on as soon as I turned it over.

2000 XJ 4.0l, AW4, 174k Electric fan keeps coming on even with mild temps and A/C off. Water pump and thermostat were replaced about 6 months ago. It’s not overheating staying around 210 degrees but it hasn’t gotten hot where I live yet. Also, noticed the AC is not blowing very cold...

I pulled the new cam sensor off after the oil pump drive moved and the brand new sensor is toast. It is mangled and the half-moon sheild is bent... I don't know that I can get the pump drive lined back up again...

ok, it will not even start now. I noticed the cam sensor isn't parelel with the block, which it was before. I checked and marked it before replacing the Cam sensor. Sure enough the oil pump drive has moved, probaly 1/8" counter clockwise looking down from the PS fender. g13092, did you replace...
