i had the same light rattle sound coming from mine on anything bigger than an inch. turned out to be the clamps on the leafs. probly isn't it, but it wouldn't hurt to check. emery

i have some 31 Star Trail buster m+s that i use for dd, and swampers for wheelin. The stars are great on long highway trips, rain, snow, they look aggressive and they're CHEAP. kinda tough too, took them out crawlin a couple of times and had them aired down to 13 psi. handled it beautifully...

i have another vehicle thats my dd, so i'm just gonna go all out with the little red xj. i'm planning on running 36" tsl, maybe baja claws, but probly tsl cuz mine haven't let me down yet. also, what if i reinforced my shackle hanger to handle the extra torue on it from my longer shackle...
