The front pinion is always turning weather the front driveshaft is in or out, if the front axle was the problem I should feel some sort of vibs with the shaft out. By taking out the front driveshaft all you eliminate is the xfer case and the driveshaft. It may be the front axle but I am trying...

no other changes made. I had someone install the gears.

the vid starts at 65 mph. When you change from a 3.55 to a 4.56 the pinion speed in greatly increased. I would not have seen the pinion speed(front driveshaft speed) I get at 65 with a 4.56 gear untill 90 mph with a 3.55 gear. I never drove the jeep that fast so the problem may have been there...

I have been chasing a drivetrain vib in my xj. It started after I did the 4.56 gears. I started by removing the front driveshaft. With the front driveshaft removed the vib goes away. So I put new joints in it and had it balanced. It didn't help, when I put it back in the jeep the vibs come back...

I would like to get some diffrent wheels and tires for my xj. I have a set of dark grey eccos with 31 10.50 MTRs. The wheels are in perfect shape the tires have about 5000 miles on them. I also have a full size MTR as spare mount on a stock steel wheel. I would like to get $800.00 for everything.

I am having a hard time finding black steel wheels in 15x8 with 4.5 backspacing where did you get yours. Every set I find has 4" or less.

I'm trying to find someone running 33x10.50s on stock ecco wheels with a 4.5" lift. I really want to run this set up. I know it can be done with wheel spacers, but I would like to know if it can be done without wheel spacers. I have searched. Thanks.

I droped my xj off with James Herschberger today. I should have it back by friday.

A lose is a lose, but we played pretty good for a team with no quarterback. The pass coverage broke down in the second half, but the defence played well. If Garret will call running plays and figure out how to use the tight ends we will be all right this year. We don't need T.O. or Vick.
