yes they are. they the older style with the one piece wide bracket, not the new style where they took a regular leaf perch and welded wings onto the sides. there is actually three plates that you weld to the axle not just two.

i have 4 never used MTRs 33/12.50/15 mounted on 15x8 aftermarket aluminum wheels. not sure what brand the wheels are, they say made in USA on the inboard side. they are the old 8 hole style that was pretty popular back in the day. i painted them satin black with wheel paint. actually look pretty...

TnT U-Bolt eliminators with 1" lift. bought them to use on an XJ D44 but never got to install them. $65

from what i understand, these also fit the chrysler 8.25 and the dana 35 tubes swell as the XJ dana 44.

Yes it is for the entire kit. these sit 1 1/8" above the axle tube. so if your stock perches are 5/8" above the tube, then these will increase your lift by 1/2" . hope that helps.
