C4x4 Rear tire carrier

Ive got a C4x4 rear tire carrier for an 84-96 bumper with Mounting brackets and hardware included. Also with the tirecarrier are Rock Hard License Plate Relocation Bracket & Light. Im asking $200 for the tirecarrier with licenseplate and light. The tire is a 31X10.5 all terrain radial on an ar767 15x8 wheel. The wheel is in exellent condion and tire is half used, if you want it make me an offer.
