Urethane bushing installation

I'm in the process of replacing my stock leafs with OME leafs and urethane bushings.

Do I need to use the stock metal shim that goes between the spring main eye bushing and the spring or do I just use the urethane bushing halves and the sleeve that goes through the bolt holein the center of the bushing?

Help? Please.

I've got the rear end apart and would like to have it together by this evening. I don't want to wait till Monday to call tech support.

Junk it, just slide the poly bushings in. On the CAs the sleeve stays though.
