From my 87 XJ 4.0 Excessively maintained by anal mechanic with access to a trans flushing machine......works well, 180k. mi. Custom large thread pan drain welded into pan. These transmissions have driven over 280k mi. with no problems (just like the 4.0 F.I. motor...change that oil!) $195.00 OBO, can deliver between Moab and Atascadero, CA.
