Track bar nut problem

Hello everyone, after extensive searching, I'm having a bit of trouble. I need the part number for the bolt and special nut for the lower track bar mount (axle end). BTW, 2001 4x4. The bolt appears to be a regular old bolt, but the nut has a weird L-shaped piece of metal welded to it.

Bolt is 6505 549AA (I think it's just a 10x1.5)
Nut is 6506 264AA. It sits in a small recessed area so you can't get a wrench or socket on it.
