Rear spring trouble

i have a 2001 cherokee sport,
69,000 miles,
got a 2" BB on it with front coils, and rear-long AAL and new shocks, is a BDS lift,, with 30x9.50. tires.
everything seemed tight and ok ride, only on for 3 months.
now all of a sudden my rear leaf springs are creaking bad,
almost all the time. everything is tight, nothing is loose.

i'm wondering if i can do anything? bolt style spring clips? i have band type.
or oil ? or ???
or is a AAL going to always give ya trouble?
i think i want to get a full rear leaf replacement, and not a put together one.
was thinking of a old man emu.
or does anyone have any ideals on how to stop the creaking.
searched but didn't really see and answer, i paid 800 to get this lift put on and what a piece of crap.
any thoughts?

u can add grease or put a plastic sleeve like the factory.(in between leafs)
and only about 3" long at tips.

Maybe the shackle or spring perch bolts are too tight ? Did you put new bushings in it ? Poly bushings creak after a while.

had it done in a 4x4 shop.
i think they used the factory bushings,
and it looks like the new aal, has a pad under it but the others don't?
so i need to take them apart and put what kind of padding?

Where do you get the plastic rear leaf sliders or pads for rear springs.
can't seem to find them mentioned on any lift sites.

And do i need to lube and do plastic sliders or if one works , is that all i need.
if i just lube for now?

If none of the solutions do work I think Old Man Emu springs are great! I love mine because they have a super soft ride and plenty of flex yet haven't sagged much at all. Obviously fix before replace but if you do replace them I would go with OME any time...

ok, maybe dumb question, but how do you apply the teflon pads correctly?
do they just go where the tip of one leaf meets the next , just on ends?
or does the whole left spring need covered between, even in the arch area?
And what do they mean by , order by off set, single , double?

u can do the whole leaf if u want but most put about 3" at the tips, thats where i put mine.
