Rockauto no longer lists Timken hubs. At least for a 98.
Amazon has them for under $90 with free shipping.

Anybody ever look at the box to see where Timkens are made. A guy on a lesser forum sez China. I've read threads about Timken premature failure.
What's your experience?
Anybody use National hub bearings? made in USA?

:confused1

I use Nationals on my customers vehicles. Cheapy ones on mine cause I can do a hub swap in bout 20 minutes, my .02

in noticed when i was regearing that the timken bearings were manufactured in different countries. one set was from the US and another was from canada.

The last Timkens that I bought were from Canada. As far as their hubs I am not sure where the are made though......
