Strange sound from rear axle

Rear axle makes a strange "weeeee" sound when driving.
Does anyone know whats wrong? Its a D35 on a -90 XJ.

Is it when you are on the gas, or when you are coasting(letting completly off the gas)?

Probably pinion or carrier berrings.

Its only on the gas, if you let it go the noise dissapear.
