Tomken Skid Plate

Tomken under carriage skid plate wont fit my 2000 Sport. I mounted the front up and then realized that it wont clear the exhaust. This leaves the rear hanging 3-4" lower than the crossmember it's supposed to mount to. My guess is that either my lift isn't tall enough? (Pro Comp 3") Or the skid plate is made for an earlier model XJ. Tomken website doesn't specify year. Tried calling them and no one ever picks up. Tried email too, no response. Any help is appreciated, TIA.

I know that Vickey at Tomken is on vacation until mid next week, she's the one who would take your call.

They are a small shop, but typically offer good service.

As far as the problem goes, I have no experiance for you, sorry.

amount of lift doesn't matter the exhaust and cross member will still be in the same place (can't body lift a XJ) im going with the different exhaust set up for the 2000+

Can't see how it would matter either BUT their website says 3" lift minimum.
