rear drive shaft length.... 4door to 2 door problems??

I currently have a 4 door (93' if it matters) that has a SYE elim. with a stock front drive shaft in the rear.....

I am currently looking for another newer xj to swap everything over...

seen a 2 door for sale locally and was wondering if i would have a problem "swapping" over my rear drive shaft and SYE... (provided the transfer cases are the same 231... )

AND YES! I have searched....

in short any problems going 4 door to 2 door with the rear drive shaft... (length!)

I thought they had the same wheelbase......could be wrong
