Just installed a new radiator and hesco water pump. Everytime I drive stop the Jeep now after warming it up I get a cooland leak. First from thermostat housing hoses....tightened those....now from flush port on heater hose and lower radiator hose. WTF?! I am getting tired of this.

Anyone have any suggestions of similar experience?

Thanks. Its a 2000 XJ.

I replaced hose with the flush port spliced in and then got rid of the constant tension clap at the lower radiator hose and replaced it with a regular hose clamp....also burped the system (even though it is an open systerm)....seems to have stopped the leaks for now.

I was thinking that it might have been the new radiator cap letting too much pressure build in the system? I will keep a close eye on it for a while.
