HORN PROBLEM

OK So installed a new front bumper, when I took the horns off they worked fine but when I put em back on after the install Oh mwn they sound like a dead cat. uke:Nothing changed but boy they sound like s*it. I can buy some new horns but just confused why this would happen.

The both grounded properly?

Ya both are bolted to the frame with one of the bumper mount bolts.

sounds like ground to me as well, try grounding it in a different area
