Solar battery chargers

it says .3A (and thats max at full light) most battery chargers do a trickle charge of 5A and they say to charge over night.... so you will need quite a few to do a full recharge. they make better and larger Solar panels but you going to be spending a few $100 on those....

And thats a 18 Volt solar cell....
 
Those should be called maintainers rather than rechargers..... With what they put out they are good for keeping your battery fully charged while not in use and not much more unless you go to the high $ units.

I had problems with one of my trucks which rarely got used battery being dead from the radios draw to keep the time and preset stations.
Put a solar charger on the dash of it and can go 3 or 4 months without the battery being drained.
