This year we have to charge a registration fee.

Registration $20 per rig. Inlcludes; 1 event sticker, 2 raffle tickets, and up to 4 nights camping.

Registration $25 per rig. Same as above except includes dinner.

Additional dinners $5.

Additional stickers $1

Children 12 and under eat free. Up to 2 children per rig.

For those of you, who are just coming out for a day run. We will not charge a registration fee.
Unfortunately pre-registration is not available. When you arrive You will be contacted by a AZ BOD Officer.

The Prez and his Vice ( prez that iz ) plan on being there the night before everyone else shows up so we will perform the registration and vehicle safety check at the time of arrival.

If we just show up for a day run can we still buy an event sticker or is it just for those who stay for the whole event. Also where can i find a list of what is required for the vehicle inspections so i can pass.

x2 Do we have a Vehicle Inspection List? I am assuming its things like tow points, fire extinguisher, etc.

As far as equipment is concerned, there's a list here in the AZ chapter bylaws:

A safety inspection should start by ensuring you have the equipment on the list. After that, I will deffer to the higher-ups.

My spare tire is 160Lbs.... so mine will be at the trailer not on my rig..

maybe i should have rephrased that- what is the cost of additional raffle tickest beyond the two that are issued with registration, if they are available?
